Beyond Legend

Five is a treasured number. Why you ask? Because there was five of them. They live on, those myth-like creators. They are not mere myths and legends, however. They are beyond legend.
Who are they? Well, this may seem strange, but they are five teenagers. BrachiKari, Wolfyu, MonkeyBoy, Sushi, and TextbookBoy. Their true identities have never been revealed. Well, except for MonkeyBoy’s. His tail is a big giveaway…
The five never knew of their magnificent powers until a new enemy arose. The Prep.

The Prep was the evil of all evils. Her long-painted fingernails could rip you to pieces. Her servants that submitted to her bossy attitude could blow you away with their mini-bombs.
However, the beyond legend-like team have beaten her at her many evil schemes many times.
What are their powers you ask? Well, each one of the Beyond Legend team had different abilities.
BrachiKari is a warrioress, and fights with her mighty sword, the Sword of Equine Summoning, and fights with her horse Brachi by her side.
Wolfyu is a clarinetist, and charms even the most evil beings with her Lupine Clarinet. Wolfie is her trusted wolf companion.
MonkeyBoy is an experienced climber and calls upon his inhuman friends with his Call of the Primates. His loyal subject is Bob the Monkey.
Sushi used to be a supervillian until he started liking Wolfyu. His weapon is the Scythe of Destruction, and his chaos-creating dragon, Joe, is his sidekick.
TextbookBoy was once Sushi’s advisor. He, too, fell for Wolfyu and joined the team. He wields the Dagger of Panthera leo, and stands boldly with his lion, Sci.

Now, I shall tell you the story of the Beyond Legend team at their finest hour. If you have any medical problems, deal with it, for I’m starting the story.
“AHHAHHH!” The Prep screeched while crashing through the glass window of the BL headquarters, a small clubhouse by Crystal Creek.
“Oh no1 It is the Prep! What should we do Wolfyu?” Sushi questioned.
“I know! Attack!” MonkeyBoy screamed as he rushed toward The Prep.

Before MonkeyBoy was two inches away from talking The Prep, BrachiKari yanked his tail.
“OWWIIEE!” MonkeyBoy cried out.
“Sorry MonkeyBoy, but this is a girl’s job!” BrachiKari shouted to him.
MonkeyBoy sulked at those words. “Girls. They always want to DO things that BOYS already tried to HANDLE!” MonkeyBoy said, quite loudly.
BrachiKari did not mind his remark. She drew her sword, and sliced off The Prep’s fingernails. Before BrachiKari could swing her sword at the Prep again, The Prep’s loyal henchmen broke into the headquarters. The Prep’s favorite henchman, Baka Billy, grasped BrachiKari’s arms!
*Duh…Duh duh…DUH! *

Brachi the horse wished to go to her keeper’s aid, but did not succeed. The henchmen roped her in, nearly strangling the poor creature.
BrachiKari struggled to unleash herself from the henchman’s hold, but to no prevail.
Wolfyu sat down, playing her clarinet to hypnotize the henchmen, causing some of them to fall into a trance! Wolfie lunged at the unfallen men, snarling and biting.
It was no use. Wolfie was captured, and imprisoned in a cage. Wolfyu was cuffed in chains.
The Prep laughed manically, *laugh manically* as the henchmen dragged their captives away.
“Nothing can stop me now!” cackled The Prep.
“Hey! What about us?” asked Sushi, who had done nothing during the battle.
“You three fools?!? You didn’t do anything this whole time! You expect to beat me?” The Prep laughed hysterically.
TextbookBoy, who had done nothing as well but sit on Sci’s back the whole time, pointed his index finger at The Prep.
“According to scientific research, males are more capable of things than females!” He exclaimed.
“Yeah, more capable of things like being a couch potato…!” The Prep sniggered.
Nothing could’ve been more hopeless. Three boys up against the most evil villain on the planet, just to rescue poor BrachiKari and Wolfyu. Of course, BrachiKari and Wolfyu were more experienced in fighting enemies, so their faith in the trio of boys was quite little, if you ask me.
*Wah…wah…WAH*

In the TP hideout, the heroines are imprisoned in bar cages. (Made of steaming hot metal!)
One touch of those bars on their fair skin, BrachiKari’s and Wolfyu’s powers would be drained, and they would evaporate into thin air.
“Wolfyu, have we ever been a more hopeless situation? The planet will fall with just those three boys on the job!” BrachiKari sighed.
“Except for when you wouldn’t stop complaining about the loss of your PlayStation2, yes, this is our most hopeless situation yet.” Wolfyu stated, annoyed that SHE had to be trapped instead of one of the Trio.
BrachiKari burst into tears when Wolfyu mentioned her PS2. “I never finished my game on Kingdom Hearts! (Kingdom Hearts is owned by Disney and Squaresoft.)” BrachiKari wailed.
Brachi the horse and Wolfie the wolf covered their ears. Brachi loved her keeper and all, but sometimes, it just got SO annoying!
“Silence! Your wailing is pathetic, BrachiKari!” The Prep screeched. It was no use. BrachiKari wailed and wailed, creating a river of tears.
Wolfyu was enraged and ticked off. Lightning bolts shot through the room, striking the water with such a force.
If you’re the science kind of person, then I hope you know what comes next.
That’s right, the electric-water mixture zapped BrachiKari and Wolfyu free.

“Now, The Prep, you will pay for imprisoning us!” Wolfyu yelled.
At her keeper’s command, Wolfie surged forward, teeth bared. Her jaws sunk into The Prep’s pale skin, causing The Prep to cry out in pain.
BrachiKari mounted Brachi, and Brachi charged. Sword drawn, BrachiKari slashed at The Prep, missing by inches. The Prep drew her sword with expertise, and the battle was on!
If you’re wondering where in all this chaos are the three boys, don’t fret. They’re just standing in line for ice cream.
The swords slashed and crashed in the air, the effort to raise the weapon draining. Wolfyu drew her clarinet, and hummed a tune. The clarinet lengthened, and she hurled it at The Prep. Stunned by the sudden action from Wolfyu, The Prep delayed her next strike. This gave BrachiKari enough time to command Brachi to strike the villain with her hooves.
The Prep was…no more.
This is the end, the end to the truth-like legend. This proves that not all male heroes are good ones. MonkeyBoy, Sushi, and TextbookBoy didn’t arrive on the scene until what was left of The Prep had vanished into the air.
How do I know this tale, you ask? Let’s just say a horse told me.

I forgot to take that part out. At school, I'm recording this, and it is required to have a sponsor. I know it is annoying, but I have to repeat that line over, and over, and over. I put it in those select spots to make the radio show suspenseful in a way, I guess... 
I admit the sponsers got kind of annoying, but it was also both pretty funny and clever. Cute story though.
