Anyway, we don't know when (or if) there will be a demo released. So far there hasn't been much information on that.

It would be reasonable to assume that M$ WILL release a demo version, however it could be fairly large due to the 3D nature of the game (unless they don't include first person mode in the demo version (which would be dumb seeing as it's the main selling point of the game)).

One thing to remember is that there isn't a SIMS 2 demo available yet (to the best of my knowledge) and ZT2 bears a resemblance to that game.
Best thing to do is watch and wait.

The game is out to buy shortly and I think that if M$ doesn't make some sort of demo available soon after then there WON'T be one.
