I have made a few packs of objects to be released at ZA and just loaded them all in the game to make a list of what I had created and dicovered that I would like to change the tab they are displayed under and the prices for some of the objects.
My question is Can I change these settings in ape and resave the files without it affecting the rotation fixes alredy completed on these objects or do they have to be rotation fixed again?

I do not use APE, but I do not believe it would undo the rotation fixes if only properties are being changed. However, APE is notorious for doing inefficient things to ztd, uca, and (to a lesser extent) ucs files. Once the graphics are correct, I recommend not using APE to make other changes. I think it is safer to unzip the files, edit the ucs (for objects) or uca (for animals) file using something like Notepad, and rezip the files. The ucs file is what contains things like object prices and tab member information.
One common inefficiency... Ideally, when creating the new graphics, it is most efficient to use the pal files that APE put in the ztd. However, most people create new pal files. When this is done, it is possible to remove the pal files that were put in the ztd by APE. (They usually have names like i.pal, statue1.pal, flower1.pal, ... .)
