.ztd goes in your updates folder, while the .dll goes in your main zoo tycoon folder.
This item has been updated, 12.30.03; bugs fixed. (The original would not cause a game crash. It was just using the same message numbers that other things were using, which might look confusing.)

If you have the previous version of the Snowy Gift Shop and are updating to this version, be sure to delete the lang_snowygiftshop.dll file from your main zoo tycoon folder. This version uses a dll file with a different name. (Comment from Jay)
