Two Double Merry-go-round Versions

Here are two versions of the Double Merry-Go-Round from Devona, inspired by RCT. Guests (especially children) will have fun (and receive a slight energy boost) when they take a ride on one of them. Each have a capacity of 16 guests (due to their two levels), which is greater than Zoo Tycoon's Carousel.
This version takes less space than Zoo Tycoon's Carousel. Guests can enter and leave this Merry-Go-Round from all sides. So do not block any of the squares around the Merry-Go-Round. (Configuration note: removes money.)

This version has two tents, one as the entrance, the other as the exit. These tents make it use the same amount of space as Zoo Tycoon's Carousel. casey helped with the rotations. (Configuration note: removes money.)
Devona already knows that the Merry-Go-Round spinning and and tent tops reverse when this version is rotated in a zoo. (The first version does not have these problems.) But changing all of the animation frames would be time consuming. However, we kept this second version because some people might prefer having a ride entrance and exit.

These use the same messages as Zoo Tycoon's Carousel, so a new dll file is not needed. However, since these are available at the start of freeform games, the Carousel will also be available at the start of freeform games (instead of after 12 months).
