Hey everyone,
This is a poem I wrote back in high school. my whole class enjoyed it and I've kept it throughout the years. I figured I would share it here with everyone. Give me your opinion. i hope everyone enjoys it. It is a freestyle poem, I'm not good with rhyme schemes and stuff.

The cold snow came down in a flurry
The wind howled like a gale
The ground groaned and stirred
The bold beast emerged, the dragon of cold

A great beast he was the tiger of old
He stared into the cold and headed back to his den
He turned once, twice, and thrice
And settled down once more

Outside the snow still came down
The wind still howled
The great beast slept warmly
Under the cold winter moon.
