Ok...i finally have been able to post this. My mum was rushed to the doctor yesterday with pains in her stomach and back. For 4 hours i waited to hear from my dad what was wrong...eventually he did call to say that she was admitted to the hospital.

She spent the night there for observation. The doctors are not sure what is wrong. They are leaning towards something with her pancreas or a ulser (sp). She will be having a Catscan at 9:30am E.S.T.

I'm really worried sick right now. My dad's at home waiting to hear news, and i'm here at work. :(

I know that some of you don't believe in prayer, but i would really appreciate some today.

Oh Kandy! :o *big hug* I know what it's like for that to happen - it was the same with my dad. I'll pray for your mother's health. I'm sure everything will work out all right in the end.

I hope she will be better soon

A fact is a simple statement that everyone believes. It is innocent, unless found guilty. A hypothesis is a novel suggestion that no one wants to believe. It is guilty, until found effective.

We will hold your mother in our thoughts and prayers Kandy. It's always tough when a family member is sick and we are here for you.

That's wonderful news, Kandy! I'm sorry she was feeling awful before, but the latest news is fantastic to hear! I was praying for you and your mother. ;)

Kandy I am glad to hear that your mother is OK. It is always hard when someone you love is ill. I will keep her in my prayers. Did they find out what was wrong?

Hmm... Interesting. Abdominal pains, wasn't it? My mother is an experienced nurse, and is going into radiology. She's had plenty of experience. Perhaps I can find out from her. If she figures anything.
