Some of you are reaching an end to a school year. For some, this can mean exams and finishing major projects. This topic is to try to wish you luck and to give you some encouragement. Although it can be tough (as I remember from my school years), there is not too much longer to go before you can take somewhat of a rest. (Some of you may have jobs or other challenging activities after the school year, but those challenges are usually of a different type.)

So, good luck, be persistent, and hang in there! :))

Aww, thanks Jay! That's really sweet! I'm coming to the end of Year 10 now with Year 10 exams coming up and next year I will be taking my GCSE's *gasp* I have also started on coursework and have lots of it to do next year as well. So, it is wonderful to see friends like you giving us support! I would also like to wish students luck if they are in a similar situation. Good luck!

Thanks... I finished the semester last week. I got my grades back yesterday. Not as good as I would like to have done... but pretty well anyway. If only the math grade had not been dependent on how every person in the class did. It's really not fair at all. But oh well. I did better than I expected in Chemistry... the class about 20% of students fail the first time around... I got a B :)

My GPA ended up 3.27. pretty far from my best days of high school... but not bad for a college workload of 18 credits. If only the vet med class counted on the GPA instead of pass/fail... would have brought it up even.

Congratulations, superlion. Those are great results. College is tougher than high school, so you cannot really compare them. I wish my GPA was that high back in my college days. (It was 2.98. But, fortunately, my computer science and math GPAs were much higher.) It is also common to have grade surprises and unpredictable grading curves in college.

Yup. The worst part about it is I don't get to continue my little honors scholarship past this freshman year. Oh well. I have to get a job anyway :P

I'm not that far into school yet (finishing seventh grade as of now), so I don't really have any MAJOR projects. I do have to do three smaller projects on one book, type two final drafts for short stories and film a short skit for a group of kids in another class. My school ends in two weeks, though, so I should get it all done. :)

I got finished with another semester in college last week. I did excellent in some of my classes but others not so well(chemistry, physics) But that's how college is. There are times when there is a lot of fun and there are times you want the heck out of there. At least I can relax over the summer before next semester.
